
“When I heard Erina Koyama’s music for the first time, her unique
talent blew my mind” By Ryuichi Sakamoto.
When she first made the song "Dance withTarantula“ Ryuichi Sakamoto
took notice and immediately suggested that she become a professional musician.
After that was the debut of Koyama's Mini album “INLY” with Ryuichi Sakamoto as
executive producer.
In 2007 she released her 1st album “VIVIDROP”, mixed by
Ryuichi Sakamoto, Zak, and Nobukazu Takemura and with Ted Jensen as mastering engineer.
In June, 2008 June Koyama released her self-produced 2nd album “NOMMO ”
as an iTMS distributed release. Koyama did all the lyrics, music, recording and mix by herself.
In July 2008 the album “AMMO”, which compiled songs from “INLY”, “VIVIDROP”
and “AMMO” was released by iTMS with distribution in 26 countries world wide.
In March 2009, Koyama performed at appeared in Europe's largest full variety
festival of Japanese art, "LEX 2009", in Nimes France.
